No more Bottle...

Kenzie is finally finished with Bottle's... She has been drinking water from a sippy cup for a while now, but we finally got her to take milk in one ... I guess she was ready, yesturday I went to fix a bottle and when I picked her up to give her it, she had her water sippy cup in hand and basically was giving me the hint of - "I'm independent now and I just want to do it by myself". She love's the sippy cups with the straws.

Love the outdoors...

She loves being outside no matter what she is doing, this was at a BBQ with friends for my Birthday and I just thought they were cute with her hat on.

New Chair

She just got this new chair- well new to her, a friend gave it to us, and she thinks she is a big kid sitting in it.

She loves the bath...

We think

She is so cute in the bath, she gets so happy to go to bed...

I Got Tagged!!!

Well I guess this means it can happen to anyone... Just kidding, the rules- You can't primp or clean before - you take pictures as is, when you get the e-mail saying, you've been tagged. 10 pictues of the following rooms in the house, along with what your kids are doing and favorite shoes and vacations... I tagged: Jolie, Brittany and Ashlynn...

1. Fridge
Can you tell we have leftovers alot...

2. Closet,
well as you can see I still have my winter clothes in the closet- that's what I get for procrastinating.

3. Laundry Room
well luckly I did do laundry already so not so much to show- and I can't reach the shelf on our washer/dryer closet so everything sits on top of the dryer.

4. The Kitchen sink... Oh how I wished I would have done the dishes sooner- but I normally do them during lunch or dinner when Kenzie is eating... You caught me.

5. The bathroom, well lets just say that it's on my list to clean today...

6. The family Room, well this is just after Kenzie makes her self at home, getting out a blanket so that when I put on Sound of music (her favorite) she can lay down and listen to them sing. That is the only parts she really likes... and I clean this up about 3 times a day. We hate the couches- can't wait to get new ones, but we are waiting until we build our house, which is sooo soon... I can hardly wait.

7. My favorite shoes- well to many to count although I don't own any of them right now, so here is what is on the floor of my closet...

8. What is my daughter doing right now!!! Eating lunch, although she is not liking the peas with maccaroni and cheese- but you have to get the veggies in somehow...

9. Self portrait... Gez what more do they want from me... Just kidding... Love taking pictures when your on a diet and it's not coming off as fast as you would like... yes I darkened my hair, I know i'm doing it backwards- it's light in the summer dark in the winter, well I never was one to follow the crowd.

10. Favorite Vacation...
Well it use to be Belieze but now it's Bora, Bora- I love these little cabana's you can stay in... right on the water... Oh I could stay a while...

Kenzie's new carseat!

Kenzie, is just growing up so fast, she is now in a front car seat and loves it, before we installed it she got to check it out.

My favorite shows

I don't know about you, but I Love the suspense of all these shows, and now I have to wait all summer for new episodes... except for Iron Chef America, which will have some new ones during the summer, love this show, for all you chefs- it's amazing what they do in a hour.
NCIS,Cold Case and Medium - love solving the crimes with them.

I love Calphalon Pans !!!

For any of you chefs out there, these pans ROCK!!! they are Calphalon and they can cost some Bucks, but they have a lifetime guarantee. They are such a easy clean up and nothing sticks, I mean nothing, I love them. I only have 2 so far but plan on adding some every year.

Just Hanging Out.

Well, I took Kenzie to the park during a BBQ for her Dad's 40th birthday and she actually loved the swing, it was so fun, her cousin on the other hand, didn't care for it to much but it was fun to have them together. I hope this means Kenzie will like Rollercoaster's... then we can really have some fun when she gets older.

Scott's 40th ... Birthday!!!

Well it was bound to happen one day, but we really didn't think it would come so soon. Yes my husband turned 40- this past May, although we feel much younger I guess were getting up there in age. luckly I'm 2years younger...

I suprised him and had his whole family come down from Salt Lake, just when Gas prices where hitting 4dollors a gallon... YIKES, anyway they all brought there 4-wheelers and off road vehicles as that is one of Scott's favorite past times, They arrived late Friday night and so in order to get Scott's 4 wheel equipment ready I told him that it would be fun for Kenzie and I to go 4 wheeling with him on Saturday, why don't we just plan on leaving after Kenzie gets up and has breakfast... He was so excited went and bought her a helmet and got all his 4wheelers ready... That Saturday to his surprise his whole family was at our door step at 8am ready to ride for the day...

He was shocked, so off we went and Kenzie seemed to be so excited to go until, yes you guessed it, she accidentally fell off the 4wheeler- I swear if this kid lives past her parents it will be a miracle. Scott and I were changing rides and she fell during the change, luckly she had her helmet on and a blanket around her so it must have cusioned the fall, no bruises or broken bones, just a big scare for all of us, it then took 1 hour for us to get her back on and go for a 2-minute ride. Oh so worth it though ( I'm all about getting back on the horse if you fall off).

Later that night we got together with a group of friends and family for a BBQ... I think he will always remeber this birthday. I Loved seeing him Smile.
